THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1: An ordinance to amend the Land Use element of the 2021 Atlanta Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) so as to redesignate property located at 62 Waverly Way NE from the Low Density Residential 0-8 units per acre (LDR 0-8 u/a) Land Use Designation to the High Density Residential (HDR) Land Use Designation and for other purposes to wit (z-21-116): All that tract or parcels of land lying and being in Land Lot 14 of the 14th district of Fulton County, Georgia. Said property is more specifically shown on the attached map, Exhibit ‘A’, which is hereby made a part of this ordinance.
