THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1: An ordinance to amend the Land Use element of the 2021 Atlanta Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) so as to redesignate property located at 131 Leslie Street SE from the Single Family Residential Land Use Designation to the Mixed Use Low Density (MULD) Land Use Designation and for other purposes to wit (z-21-111): All that tract or parcels of land lying and being in Land Lot 208 of the 15th district of Dekalb County, Georgia. Said property is more specifically shown on the attached map, Exhibit ‘A’, which is hereby made a part of this ordinance.
